Grill Chicken Mint Garlic





What you need to buy:-
1. chicken thigh (abt 4-5 pcs)
2. potato (depend oh how much you want)
3. carrot (depend oh how much you want)
4. mint sauce 2 table spoon(in bottle, the one you eat with lamb chop)
5. garlic (abt 2 clove)

How to cook it:-
1. Blend garlic and mint sauce
2. Cut potato and carrot
3. Marinate chicken with salt and some sugar to taste,
4. Put blended garlic and mint sauce onto the chicken
5. Chicken is ready to be grill at 200 celsius for 25-35 min

While waiting for chicken to be ready:-
1. Ready a pot of boil water and add salt
2. Put in the potato to boil till it is soft
3. After you see your potato is soft , put in your carrot boil it for 2 min
4. Drain off all the water.
5. When chicken is cook put in the potato in it and grill it for another 15 min
( you will have nice soft juicy grill potato)

Food is ready to be serve!!!!!
